The fluidity of identity...challenges us as researchers faced with the struggle to define and articulate that which we investigate. The complexities of interpretation combined with the struggle for credibility cause us to question the existence of an authentic translation; to ask whether it is possible to represent reality, or if these representations are merely idealised versions of the real.
